We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure that our Learners can achieve their highest potential.
We recognize that to be successful in School, our Learners needs support from both home and school and we also know that a strong partnership with you will make a significant difference in your child's/Ward's Education.
As partners, we share the responsibility for our Learners success and we want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities.

We ask that you guide and support your child/ward's learning by ensuring that:

1. Attends school daily and arrives on time, ready for the day's Learning experience.
2. Completes all homework, assignments and projects given by the Teachers'.
3. Read daily to develop love 💕 for reading and literally improve skills.
4. Shares school experience with you so that you are aware of his/her school life.
5. Informs you if he/she needs additional support in any subject or area.
6. I-TREE School is against Bullying. ( Verbal/Physical) "ZERO TOLERANCE TO BULLYING. Immediate action will be taken on any Learner who falls victim.
7. Let your child know that you expect him/her to succeed in School.
ACTIVITIES FOR THE TERM
1. The approved hair-do for a Female Learner is local braids with no attachment or wool and the male are to cut their hair very low without any partings or styles involved.
This is in line with the approval and recommendations by the Kwara State Ministry of Education.
2. We want to use this medium to plead and also remind you that parents are not allowed into the classroom.
Parents can sit and wait at the reception office for their child or ward(s) to be called upon rather than walking into the classroom.
3. The School activities such as (Sporting activities/Club etc) will commence by the 3rd week of resumption.
4. Please remember to pay all school fees and payment should be made into I-TREE MODEL ACADEMY

NOTE: PAYMENT IS A GUARANTEE TO ENTRY INTO THE SCHOOL
5. School bus users should make payment as it is a criteria towards picking the Learner.
Learners need to prepare and wait for the arrival of the school bus as the school bus will not wait more than necessary for any Learner.
NOTE: The school bus will not run until the 2nd week of resumption.
NOTE: only Learners who have paid for the services will be conveyed.
6. The school office is open in case of any complaint or clarification. You can also book an appointment to see the Proprietress if need be.
7. School will resume on Tuesday 22nd September, 2026 and the closing time from Tuesday to Friday is 2:00pm.
8. Week one is the week we welcome our new and old Learners and also going through orientation helps setting standards and route to a successful learning experience.
9. Learners can wear jeans with school polo with their ID CARD (Identity Card) NO TORN JEANS PLS
SCHOOL UNIFORM: The School uniform is not complete without a tie and the ID CARD with (Blue tag please)
The ID CARD is compulsory and any Learner without the Card will not be allowed into the school premises.
NOTE All Learners are expected to be punctual and to be in school by 7:30am as late comers will be penalized.
